Flexible tuition benefit options

The Crimson Workforce Champions program includes an employee tuition partnership model designed for flexibility and ease:

Student employees may defer tuition and fee payments until the end of the semester. After completion, the employer provides tuition assistance, reimbursing the employee so they can pay IU 51�� directly. Visit our Employer Deferment page for more information.

Employers and organizations may also choose to become an official tuition sponsor. In this model, IU 51�� direct-bills the employer approximately four weeks into the semester, streamlining the process and reducing out-of-pocket burden for employees.
